The Northwest corner of Sarasota is a perfect location for frequent business travelers who plan to use the Sarasota International Airport on a regular basis. The Summer Cove apartments provides an excellent location within this highly residential area that will let you reach the terminals quickly so you won’t have to waste a lot of your free time. This neighborhood is also a fantastic site for residents who plan to attend or work at one of the city’s higher education institutions. If you take a short drive down University Parkway, you will quickly arrive at New College of Florida and the University of South Florida Sarasota Manatee. Residents of Summer Cove will find plenty of things to do for evenings and weekends such as the Ringling Museum of Art where you can stroll the magnificent Bay Front Gardens, tour Ca' d'Zan mansion, view the circus exhibits or watch a show at the Historic 18th Century Asolo Theater. While living here you might visit the Sarasota Classic Car Museum, take in a show at the Banyan Theater or go on a sailboat cruise of the bay. A mile or so west of here you can find some decent shopping including BJs Wholesale Club, Target and Kohl’s.
