The Oak Pointe apartments can be an excellent option for healthcare professionals. This community is located within a mile or so of the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital and a variety of other medical service providers near Miccosukee Road. If you drive around the corner, you can be on US Highway 90 heading towards central Tallahassee to quickly reach FSU and the State Capital buildings. Living in the northeast section of the city you can take advantage of the Miccosukee Greenway trails for regular exercise. So if you are the active type, you will likely want to get your hands on a mountain bike to explore the miles of pathways. Kids will want to make frequent trips to the modern playground at Tom Brown Park, where you will also go for periodic events such as the city’s 4th of July Celebration. This property is just a few miles from the Governor’s Square Mall and within about ten minutes you can visit many of the city’s cultural attractions and museums. The neighborhood around Oak Pointe includes a nice variety of restaurants that features Moe’s Southwest Grill, Ruby Tuesday and Tijuana Flats. There is also a Wal-Mart Supercenter a few minutes from here giving residents an excellent place to gather food supplies and home décor.
