Location

Look for Granite Valley off of C Avenue NE, about one mile north of Blairs Ferry Road. In this neighborhood you can expect to find an elementary school, a Baptist Church, a US Post Office, and a pharmacy.

One of the more talked about restaurants in this neighborhood is Ting’s Red Lantern, a Chinese place that prepare an authentic menu in a relaxed diner-like setting. You can also find a café, barbeque and a popular brewery with lots of beers on tap. Residents of Granite Valley will likely do most of their grocery shopping at the Super Target store, but there are other options such as Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart Supercenter within a short drive.

Recreation

These apartments are just a short drive from the Indian Creek Country Club where golf enthusiasts might spend some of their free time. There are several large parks nearby with trails that are great for running or bike rides. Renters here may take in a movie at the Galaxy Cinemas or stop in at the Science Center for one of their events.
