Living at the north end of The Strip means you will be close to many exciting attractions along with major destinations for residents. Residents can enjoy extensive shopping at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets or make it to the University Medical Center minutes north of these apartments. You won’t have to walk too far to a bus stop on West Sahara Avenue. Motorists will be able to access exit 40 of I-15 or cut right across to Las Vegas Boulevard.

Right at the corner there is a 7-Eleven where you can pick up a fast bite to eat or a few essential items. Renters can dine out at several popular restaurants such as Romano’s Macaroni Grill or Landry’s Seafood House. Another very highly rated eatery is In-N-Out Burger on the opposite side of Sahara Ave. There are a couple of supermarkets including a Food 4 Less store just west of Kingsway.
