Choosing to live on the east side of Las Vegas at Maravilla will allow you to reach the downtown area in about ten minutes or so and still have an easy ride north to Nellis AFB and the O’Callaghan Federal Hospital. Schools and several large parks are nearby for families. You will be able to walk to several different bus stops to use public transportation.

Runners and bike riders can use the Las Vegas Wash Trail to log a few miles. The Sunrise Library is a great place to spend some time catching up on work or checking out some new media. Families may enjoy regular trips to Hollywood Regional Park for games of tennis and basketball or to test you skills on the skate park.
