On the high side– you can expect to pay pretty close to top dollar to live here. There are some communities that cost more but when you compare the space this are up there. But this is a brand new community so you should expect to pay a premium.

LOCATION

Commuters dream – when you can walk across the street to a train station and get to Midtown Manhattan in about 45 minutes - that is not bad. Residents can also enter the GSP nearby or catch a bus.
