The Queens Gardens Apartments in Colonia, NJ will put you within reach of all the top destinations in central New Jersey and the New York metro area. Residents can walk to a bus or take a short drive to the train. There are newer communities in the vicinity but this place has a swimming pool and is walkable to some useful shopping.

About average– while rent prices at Queens Gardens are generally middle-of-the-road, the two bedrooms here may be a bit more pricy than some of the others in the area. However, some of the utilities may be covered in your rent amount so that will make a big difference in your overall costs.

LOCATION

Convenient spot – this is not the most exciting location but also not bad. You can get on some major thoroughfares within a few minutes such as US 9, NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway. It should only take a few minutes to drive to a train station.

Within walking distance you can get to convenience stores, coffee shops, Kmart, and several restaurants.

Woodbridge Mall is several minutes south of Queens Gardens.

Laundry facility – you will have to make plans to bring your clothes to a central laundry center so save your quarters.

An NJ Transit bus stops near the front entrance.

PETS

Cats only – this is a great place for renters who like to complain about barking dogs.

Decent activities– unlike some communities in this area, Queens Gardens Apartments has a pool where residents can cool off in the summer.

An 8-screen movie cinema is located a few minutes west. Nearby Merrill Park has extensive sports fields and courts.
