Princeton Arms Apartments in East Windsor, NJ delivers a suburban location with open spaces, other residential housing and a few convenience shops. It will only take a couple of minutes to drive to major highways and you will easily be within reach of the Route 1 Corridor for shopping and business. This community was built in the early 1970s lacks some modern amenities.

On the low side– rental housing options are diverse in this area and the Princeton Arms Apartments are priced on the lower end. This is one of the reasons you might choose to rent here.

Keep in mind that some of the utilities may be included in the rent so your overall costs may be even lower.

LOCATION

Suburban yet convenient – one of the things you will notice about the location of Princeton Arms is that it is surrounded by lots of open spaces and the area is peaceful. There are no major highways in the immediate area so traffic noise will be minimal.

Access to the Hightstown Bypass is just around the corner enabling residents to quickly reach US 130 and the NJ Turnpike. You can also reach US 1 in the heart of Princeton in about 15 minutes.

Renters here can walk to Krauszer’s convenience store, a bagel shop and Chinese food.

Tip: there is a recreational jogging trail that leads to the public library which you can access from Wiltshire Drive.

Shared laundry facility – to get your clothes washed you will need to visit a central laundry facility or head over to the cleaners on Old Trenton Road.

Not satisfied – we analyzed 14 reviews of Princeton Arms in East Windsor so you won’t have to. Our findings are that most of the reviewers were not pleased with at least one aspect of the community.   While location was a plus, renters felt that they could easily hear neighbors, plumbing was noisy and the laundry room was not well maintained. There were very few recent reviews of this property so changes may have taken place.
