With quick access to I-295 traveling north towards Princeton or south to Cherry Hill is a cinch. There are a few shops and eateries around the corner. Expect basic apartments with a few upgrades.

On the low side– the base rent at Hamilton Estates is lower than other area apartments. These apartments are a bit smaller so the cost per square foot is closer to average.

LOCATION

Convenient spot – one of the big advantages of the Hamilton Estates Apartments is that you can quickly get onto I-295 making this a good spot for commuters. The property is only 2.6 miles from RBJ University Hospital.

Sidewalks along Kuser Road are not complete but these apartments are within a short walk of Kmart, several pizza shops, coffee and a pharmacy. There is also a Shop n Bag grocery mart nearby.

CONVENIENCES

In-home washer/dryer – a top feature you won’t find everywhere in this area, especially for this price is your own clothes washer & dryer.

PETS

No pets allowed – those with four legged friends will have to look elsewhere.

LEISURE          

limited activities– there is a fitness center onsite that you can use for a basic workout.
