You can spend your weekends at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk in Point Pleasant, watching a movie at the AMC Lowes cinema in Brick or watching a Blue Claws game at First Energy Park.

However that was more than outweighed by renters who felt the location was safe, clean and quiet.
