Stafford Preserve Apartments in Manahawkin, NJ is packed with amenities for fun and only a few miles from the pristine beaches on LBI. Inside you will find modern kitchens and large spaces. Renters can walk to a large retail center and find a parade of restaurants down the street. This community allows immediate entry to the GSP.

COST

On the high side– you will pay a bit more to live here but most residents seem to feel it is worth it. Expect to pay and application fee and an admin fee. Stafford Preserve does have optional garages that you can rent.

LOCATION

Vacation area – You might choose to live here because it is close to the Southern Ocean Medical Center or offers exceptional access to the Parkway. But most people travel to this area to take advantage of the Jersey Shore on Long Beach Island. Highway 72 is the only way onto the island and passes right by Stafford Preserve.

Across the street you can enjoy quality shops such as Target, Costco and Best Buy. Every other store you can imagine is just around the corner.

CONVENIENCES

In-home washer & dryer – each apartment is equipped with a personal washer and dryer so you can save time hauling your clothes to a laundry center.

Package service – pick up your packages when you get home.

Private garage option– reserve you own space to keep your car protected.

PETS

Pet friendly – your four legged friends are welcome here but expect to pay a hefty fee and rent. If you need supplies there is a Pet Smart across the street.

LEISURE          

Plenty of activities– the extensive list of recreation activities at the Stafford Preserve Apartment Homes might have you believe you live at a resort. A huge section of the grounds are set aside for the pool, sports courts, playground and picnic area. You can play pool in the clubhouse or spend time in the gaming lounge.

Just across the parkway there is a 10-screen AMC movie cinema and a series of large parks with all kinds of athletic fields along with a hockey rink. The Stafford Branch Library is on N Main Street. Jet skis, kayaks and big waves are a few minutes east.

Mostly positive – we analyzed 16 reviews of Stafford Preserve Apartments so you won’t have to and most were glowing. Our findings are that the biggest complaint renters had is with parking, but many new spaces have been added to alleviate this problem. A few reviews also mentioned some renters are not cleaning up after their pets as required. Other comments included: clean, quiet, feels safe, and family oriented.
