Your search for a quiet suburban setting is over. With only a slight hum from the distant highway and an occasional train passing through, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of these modern and attractively landscaped apartments in Mount Laurel. We took a look around the neighborhood to see why many people call this home.

For starters, this location is better suited for renters seeking the suburbs than those planning to commute to Philadelphia as it can take as much as 40 minutes to make the drive. While it’s doable, lots of folks work in the surrounding metro area including at several major employers nearby such as Lockheed Martin, PHH, and Virtua Memorial Hospital.

This is one of only a few rental communities that are close to Rowan College at Burlington County where you can earn a degree, take a professional development course or volunteer.

Having choices is a good thing and when you can pick from Wegmans, Shop Rite and Costco for groceries you will be sure to find everything you need to prepare perfect meals. There is also a Target store that can come in handy and Mount Laurel Crossing residents just six miles from the Moorestown Mall.

Although you have to pay a little extra the community comes with a fitness center and a pool which you won’t find everywhere. Nature enthusiasts will love that this community is one of the closest apartments to Rancocas State Park. You can pedal your way through about 8 miles of trails that are open year round. Families residing at Mount Laurel Crossing can play tennis and hockey or climb on the playground at nearby Hainesport Recreation Complex.

Sidewalks are not complete in the neighborhood so it is not the most pedestrian friendly. However you can walk to the opposite corner where a small retail center hosts 7-Eleven, a hair cutter, Chinese and Italian cuisine.

When you hunger for something more than fast food, meander over to Centerton Road for sushi, Thai food or Barone’s Tuscan Grill, a BYOB place with Italian classic dishes. If the night is still young, finish off your evening sampling some fresh local brews at Spellbound Brewing. At Mount Laurel Crossing, there is a lot to discover.
