The Landings at Port Imperial in West New York, NJ are well positioned for a simple commute to New York. Residents can walk to the Port Imperial ferry stop and reach Midtown in less than ten minutes. This is an attractive community with fantastic views. The walkway along the river is an ideal spot to unwind after a long day.

COST

On the high side– let’s face it everything is expensive in this area due to the proximity to New York. But some of the apartments at The Landings at Port Imperial are lower priced that other buildings when you compare the space you get.    

There are some other fees such as an application fee and if you want a garage.

LOCATION

Commuter’s dream – these West New York apartments are about a 10 minute walk from the Port Imperial ferry stop allowing you to reach the city in minutes. You could also take a bus or drive through the Lincoln Tunnel. While you might hit some traffic, it is better than living further away.

One big advantage of renting with The Landings at Port Imperial is that you can walk to an ACME grocery store which will come in real handy if you want to whip up a last minute meal. Many renters here also shop at Whole Foods a short drive away.

A well-used feature of this neighborhood is the Riverwalk that spans for miles in either direction. Imagine after dinner bike rides along the water to cap off your day.

CONVENIENCES

In-home washer/dryer – you won’t realize how much time you save having your own washer/dryer than using a laundry room.

Business center – you never know when you may need quick access to a spare PC.

A few other perks of The Landing include a package service and dry cleaning service. For those with a car you can get a covered parking spot to keep dry.

Only a few minutes north of here you can buy some popcorn and settle down for the latest hit film at Edgewater Multiplex. Or take a stroll long the walkway to the Ben & Jerry’s shop for your favorite flavor of ice cream.
