Shopping

Shopping in this area consists mainly of a Wal-Mart Supercenter (2.5 miles) and Food Lion. You may also find some interesting shops at the Weaver Street Market including a farmers market where you can get fresh fruits and vegetables in season.

Dining

You will find some decently rated restaurants in the Weaver Street Market located off US 501 including the Town Hall Grill and Pazzo. Within 1.5 miles you can also pick up Chinese food and Subway.

Recreation

If you are into watching a movie, the Lumina Theater won’t be far away. While living at The Villages of Chapel Hill you might consider catching a show at the Perihelion Theater Company tucked away on Bayberry Drive a little east of this address.

Sports & Fitness

If you are interested in burning a few calories, you might do some laps around the high school track or head down to Southern Community Park where you will find paved pathways, soccer fields, basketball courts and disk golf.
