Transportation

There are currently no public transit bus stops in this area. The nearest route is along Maynard Road 2.2 miles away.   Commuters could park their car at the Cary Train Station to catch a Triangle Transit bus out of town. Chapel Hill Road (Route 54) is the main roadway between Bristol at Park West Village and the downtown area.

Shopping

With the Park West Village and Park Place Shopping Center nearby, you will have access to many stores and services that are perfect for renters such as Target where you can find almost everything you need around the home and Food Lion for groceries. There is also a TJ Maxx where you can pick up some cool t-shirts and Supercuts for a quick haircut.

Dining

This neighborhood is loaded with eateries from fast food to local Mexican and Italian restaurants. if your tastes are a little more refined, you might check out Biaggi’s Ristorante Italiano for a casual yet elegant atmosphere (ask for the cannoli’s).   Another highly rated dining spot is Deans Seafood Bar & Grill which serves a variety of specialty oysters.

Recreation

While you can always go watch the latest movies right down the street, some renters may prefer to join the beautiful Prestonwood Country Club, attend a stage show at the amphitheater in Fred Bond Park or catch an event at the Page-Walker Arts Center. During the fall months, head over to Phillips Farms (3.7 miles) for hay rides, a corn maze and fun activities that are great for kids.

One of the many exciting activities you will find in the neighborhood around Bristol at Park West Village is the Triangle Rock Club, a rock climbing fitness and fun center found right around the corner. When you feel like going for a run, there are more than 4 miles of trails at nearby Bond Park.
