Landmark at Watercrest is a family friendly neighborhood that is fairly close to schools and recreation areas. Living here you can get to Raleigh in about 15-20 minutes and several major employers are within a 10 minute drive.
Within walking distance, you can reach a food store, several restaurants and a bus stop. There are plenty of retail shops and services within a mile or so.
You will be able to walk out of your door an onto a Town of Cary public bus to get a ride around the community. The stop is located at NE Maynard Rd and Appledown Drive. Residents here can also drive to the train station to catch a Triangle Transit bus for service throughout the greater metropolitan area.
Being able to walk to a Food Lion grocery store will be a big plus as you can pick up a few quick ingredients to whip up a meal, or even some prepared food items when you don’t feel like cooking.
