Hawfield Farms offers an attractive location for commuters who want to get where they need to go in a hurry. This community is situated right off the Lancaster Highway leading up to I-485. It will take a good 25 minutes or so to reach Uptown, or the Charlotte International Airport. There are many employers closer to home however and most will only need to drive for a shorter period of time. Conveniently located alongside this property is a Harris Teeter grocery store where you can go food shopping along with a nice selection of other shops and services. A short drive up Lancaster Highway west will lead you right to the Carolina Place mall and dozens of other shops for you to discover. When you need a quick bite to eat, you will find Dunkin’ Donuts, subs, Chinese food and pizza right in the neighborhood. There is also an elementary school around the corner and Elon Park for outdoor recreation activities.

Location

Look for the Hawfield Farms apartments alongside US Highway 521 in south Charlotte. You will have easy access to the highway but there is not bus service in the area. Residents can walk to many shops and several restaurants.
