The exciting Lake Norman community is yours to enjoy at Legacy Cornelius situated just off I-77 and Statesville Road. living here you can get to Uptown Charlotte in about 25 minutes and along the way you will pass the Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center. Nearby this property you will find Ramsey Creek Park next to the waterfront where you can engage in many outdoor activities from horseshoes to volleyball. You can rent some jet skis or a kayak nearby and use the boat ramp in the park to access the lake. This property is not far from two large shopping areas, Northcross Center and Birkdale Village where you will find lots of popular shops such as Target, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Barnes & Noble are just the tip of the iceberg. Grab friend or two and head over to Regal Cinemas to watch a movie on one of the 16 screens. Location

This property is not far from I-85 but you will have to drive a little ways to get on the Interstate. None the less it will be easy to get to for commuters. You can access the McDowell Creek Greenway trail nearby for a great spot to run or bike ride. Legacy Cornelius is close to the Westmoreland Athletic Complex and a mini golf course.
