This area also includes a 14-screen Regal movie cinema. Nearby you might spend some time at Bethesda Park to play disc golf of basketball. Another outdoor destination is the Lake Shore Golf Course.

Location

This modern planned community is a short distance southeast of Downtown Durham, just off the New Raleigh Highway (US 70). The neighborhood is nearly all residential and set back nicely from the highway. The neighborhood includes an elementary school and a Pizza Hut restaurant.
