We think you will like the location of Cliff Creek as you can easily reach major highways, shopping and several large employers.   This property is only 1.6 miles from the Cross Creek Mall and it is still not a bad ride to downtown Fayetteville.

Location

With an address that is close to the intersection of Cliffdale Road and Skibo Road, you can have fast access to loads of retail shops and restaurants that blanket this area. In this neighborhood you will find a local food market, rental car place, and a Japanese restaurant.

Transportation

Currently there is no bus stop near the front of this property. You can walk to one in about 5 minutes but you will have to cross some busy streets to get there. Using public transit is certainly an option, but we suggest having a car to get around.

Shopping

One of the big advantages of living at Cross Creek is that you won’t have to go far to shop. Right around the corner, the Fayetteville Pavilion is loaded with popular stores from a Food Lion grocery to Dick’s Sporting Goods. Target is another useful place to find all kinds of household gadgets that will make apartment living more comfortable. It will also be a good idea to get a membership to BJs to take advantage of huge savings.

Dining

Residents of these apartments can walk to a Sonic burger joint, Miyabi Japanese Steak House and a Mediterranean Grill. But hop in your car and your options will be endless. For example Buffalo Wild Wings is a great place to meet up with some friends to watch sporting events. Chipotle Mexican Grill and Smokey Bones are two other popular restaurants in the vicinity.

Recreation

This apartment community offers some incredible amenities that include a pool, fitness center and 20-seat multi-media center. Still it can be nice to catch movies when they first come out and there are several places where you can do that such as The Carmike Market Fair 15 near the mall. If you are moving here with a family there is recreation center nearby and Monkey Joe’s where kids can run around to burn up some energy.
