Secluded as they come, Crescent Commons is situated close to Beaver Creek on the west side of Fayetteville, bordering an attractive pond and lots of trees. The community is set well off Cliffdale Road and a good distance from Skibo Road limiting traffic noise to ruin the tranquility. Resident can hop on Cliffdale Road and reach downtown Fayetteville in about thirteen minutes.

Location

This community spans a long way off the main road, tucked alongside some other residential developments. In the immediate neighborhood you can find a school, post office, and convenience store.

The nearest bus stop is about one mile from the back of this site making it a little beyond the range that you may want to walk. If you do need to take a bus, one tip would be to request a unit closer to the main entrance so you have a shorter walk.

Shopping

We expect you will be thrilled with the shopping options available near these apartments. Considering you can drive just 1.7 miles to reach a Target store that should carry many of the things needed to fill your new home, you should be happy. But there is also a Food Lion grocery store, Dick’s Sporting Goods and even a Michaels store for those crafty renters.

Dining

There are several restaurants near Crescent Commons where you can sit down and enjoy a nice meal such as Applebee’s, Miyabi Japanese Steak House and Buffalo Wild Wings. Also nearby are Panera Bread, Jersey Mike’s Subs and Little Caesars Pizza.

Families living here may be able to take advantage of the town recreation center up the street. On weekends you may take a short ride to Lake Rim Park where you can play horse shoes, volleyball and many other sports. You can also find an indoor skate center and mini golf course on Raeford Road, a few minutes west.
