Those searching for premium living space, in a family friendly neighborhood that is within a reasonable commute of downtown will want to consider Grove at Park Place. This is a great location for staff at the medical center and offers a reasonable ride to the airport for frequent travelers.

Location

You won’t find any major highways near here, but you can use Bingham Drive to get where you need to reasonably quick. In this neighborhood there is a grocery store, a few churches and a gas station.

Transportation

This neighborhood is not good for users of public transportation as there are no bus stops within a few miles. You will need a car to get around, and Bingham Drive is the main thoroughfare you will use to get north to Raeford Road or south to Hope Mills.

Shopping

It will be a nice convenience to have a Food Lion grocery store just up the street so you can pick up ingredients for your meals and not have to do a lot of planning. There is also a Wal-Mart Supercenter minutes from here that will have groceries, clothing items and all the stuff you might need around an apartment such as a lap top, picture frames or a big bucket of cheese balls. If you need more options, the Fayetteville Pavilion is about 6 minutes away.

Dining

You will find a lot of nice choices for eating out if you travel down to Main Street in Hope Mills. There is a wide selection of restaurants that includes Italian, Japanese hibachi, and Mexican as well as chicken and BBQ places.

Recreation

Residents of Grove at Park Place are sure to enjoy the many onsite recreation options such as a theater room, pool with sundeck, game room and kids playroom. When you want to step away once in a while you could take your family to the Fun Fun Fun center for laser tag, mini golf or the arcade. You might also enjoy rounds of golf at the Gates Four Country Club.
