Look for The Cottages On Elm about midway between Fort Bragg and downtown Fayetteville NC. This property is set off Bragg Boulevard in a mostly residential neighborhood offering an easy ride to the shopping areas along Skibo Road, or up to the military base.

When you are ready to fill up your refrigerator at the Cottages on Elm, a trip to the Food Lion near Shannon Drive should do the trick. Other options include the Wal-Mart Supercenter and Sam’s Club on Skibro Road. Both sell food items along with an incredible array of products that could be useful around your home.

Dining

Right around the corner from here you will find a full selection of dining spots from pizza, to Chinese or Mexican cuisine, and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. There are lots of other choices as you get closer to the mall area on Skibo Road.

Recreation

With so many recreation opportunities, this could be a fantastic location if you are moving with kids. There is an indoor skating rink right down the street and the JFK Special Warfare Museum on the opposite side of the highway. Residents of the Cottages may attend shows at the Cape Fear Regional Theater or join friends at the bowling lanes just up the street. Kids will enjoy Mountasia Golf and Games or watching a movie at the Omni Cinemas.

Sports & Fitness

You will be able to get some needed exercise at the nearby YMCA or maybe just show up for a few of the programs that are always so much fun. There is a bike trail at Glenville Lake that is a perfect spot for a run or ride. At Mazarick Park there are 8 lighted tennis courts.
