The Woodland Village Apartments is not a large community and where it lacks in onsite amenities it makes up for in recreation opportunities nearby this location. Renters here have fast access to a major thoroughfare that will enable commuting to the downtown area in about fifteen minutes. Shopping and dining will never be far away.

Location

This group of apartment homes is nicely positioned off Raeford Road where you will not be too close, but can still be on your way quickly. This community is located next to a church and not far from a small retail plaza with grocery store and a few shops.

Transportation

This area is not great for those who plan to ride public transit. The nearest bus stop is more than two miles away on Rim Road. We recommend Woodland Village for renters with a car, in which case you can quickly access Raeford Road to get around the city.

Shopping

Both Food Lion and Dollar General stores area around the corner form this site giving renters convenient places to fill up their refrigerator or find a few items for around the apartment. This neighborhood also includes a hair & nails salon, gas station, and a dentist office. The Fayetteville Pavilion and other shopping centers are just five minutes from this address.

Dining

When you need a quick meal on the go or to take home, there is a sub shop, Chinese food and Burger King around the corner from here and a few other fast food places in the area. A few minutes to the west there is large selection of eateries that includes Applebee’s, Mi Casita Mexican and IHOP.

Recreation

One of the outstanding attributes of this location is that there are ample recreation options to keep renters active. In addition to the pool onsite, you can make your way over to Lake Rim Park where there is a host of athletic facilities so you can play tennis, horse shoes, volleyball or jog a one mile trail. Just up the street from here you can find an indoor skating center and a mini golf course. A little further east you and challenge yourself at an indoor climbing facility.
