These two-story red brick townhomes are an attractive addition to the tall trees that encircle this property found in southeast Gastonia. Renters of the Arbors Townhomes can enjoy a quiet country setting while still being able to easily get to I-85 in minutes. The Ashbrook High School is very close to this property which families should find appealing.

Location

You will find sidewalks along Gaston Day School Road that you can use to walk to a small retail center with a grocery market and McDonald’s.

Transportation

Residents here can drive around the corner to access Hoffman Road which will lead right up to the interstate for travel towards Charlotte. If you are headed to shopping or the medical center, turn left out of the main entrance and proceed north up Armstrong Road for just a couple of minutes.

Shopping

There is a nicely placed retail plaza at the corner that includes a Lowes Foods market where you can pick up some groceries, and several other shops such as a hair salon, children’s learning center and financial group. It will only take about six minutes to drive to the city’s large shopping area along East Franklin Boulevard.

Dining

You will be able to walk to McDonald’s, Chinese Food and a tavern. As you drive north you will find some other options along New Hope Road, and of course a full selection of eateries found near the mall.

Recreation

The Arbors Townhomes are only a quick ride from the Gaston Country Club where golf enthusiast can spend many afternoons out on the links. Kids and adults may enjoy programs offered by the County YMCA on Union Road. While you are living here we recommend a trip to the Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden for an incredible display of flowers and plants.
