Village Square is a community for renters who are 62+ or disabled and want to enjoy a quality lifestyle in Gastonia. These apartments are only a short walk to Gastonia Park and close to the Municipal Golf Course.

Location

Union Road has partial sidewalks but if you cross the street you can find it is easy to walk to a several local shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Nearby Ferguson Park maintains many tennis courts and several ball fields.

Transportation

You will find some shops here and there in this neighborhood, but the property is only a few minutes from the Eastridge Mall and lots of other shops along East Franklin Boulevard. Target, Wal-Mart Supercenter and Bed Bath & Beyond are all in reach.

Dining

While living here you may enjoy lunch at Chantilly’s Tea Room just up the street. There a several fast food places a couple of minutes south of this community. You can also find some interesting places to eat along Main Street not far north of Village Square.

Recreation

This property is very close to Ferguson Park and the Gastonia Golf Course giving you a chance to drive some balls, or maybe serve a few games of tennis with a friend. Take ride over to Church Street if you want to watch a movie at the Regal Cinemas Franklin Square Stadium Theater. There is also a skating rink near the movies.
