This is a neighborhood that is a good choice if you are a rent who plans to do a lot of travelling. With the Piedmont Airport only minutes away from the Allerton Place Apartment Homes, you can shave a lot of time off your trip than living in other part of this city.

Location

Look for these apartments off North Regional Road on the west side of Greensboro above the airport.

• 7-minute drive to Piedmont Triad International Airport
• 12-minute drive to Four Seasons Town Centre
• 16-minute drive to Cone Memorial Hospital
• 17-minute drive to downtown Greensboro North Carolina

Transportation

These apartments are located near Highway 68 which will lead you south towards the airport and allow you to connect with Joseph Bryan Boulevard for trips to central Greensboro.

Shopping

You can find a Lowes Foods store on Old Oak Ridge Road, a few minutes from this site. There are not a lot of other shops in this neighborhood, but it won’t take long to reach the Jefferson Village retail center on new Garden Road where you will find plenty of stores and services.

Dining

So this is not the greatest area for finding a restaurant when you don’t feel like cooking. That’s ok because all you have to do is take a quick ride down Highway 68 and there will be a nice selection of eateries such as the popular Carolina’s Diner, Ruby Tuesday, and Shoney’s.  

Recreation

If you like to golf, there are a couple of courses nearby where you can tee off. You will also find an onsite tennis court and a pool for a refreshing swim at Allerton Place.
