With fast access to several major highways, this is a terrific location for commuters. You can quickly access I-40 or drive to downtown Greensboro.
This community is in a residential neighborhood that is right alongside US 70/29.
In about six minutes you can walk to a bus stop on West Vandalia Road which provides service on the #12A connector route to Osborne/Hemphill Library. Renters with a car can drive up to the Rehobeth Church Road entrance to US 70/29 in a minute or so.
Look for a Food Lion supermarket on Randleman Road Glendale Drive not far from Pepperstone. Just past the Food Lion is a Wal-Mart supercenter, a supplier of food and everything else for around your place. You can get to the mall in about five minutes from this site.
Plenty of the basic restaurant types can be found along Randleman Road including pizza, Chinese food and subs. There are a few other restaurants as you go north. If you want a big selection of national chain eateries, make your way over to the mall area.
Residents can enjoy spending time in Shannon Hills Park where you will find a jogging trail, tennis courts, and a baseball field. Families will certainly enjoy the Wet’n Wild Water Park for lots of thrills on hot summer days. When you feel like going to the movies, there is an 18-screen theater by the mall.
