Living here you can have a quick ride to both the downtown area of Greenville and ECU. Rivers Edge provides good access to nearby parks and trails, is close to schools and not far from shopping areas.

Take a short walk down the end of Verdant Drive and you can find a bus stop for Greenville Area Transit providing access to the #5 route. There are no sidewalks along the way, but the distance along the road is not far. Drivers can use East 10th Street to reach ECU or connect with E 5th Street to get downtown.
Rivers Edge is very close to a Food Lion grocery store, so it will be easy to pick up food items to stock your kitchen cabinets. This neighborhood also includes a variety of other shops such as a flower shop, fitness training, dollar store, and gas station. The mall and many other large stores are located just five minutes south of here down Greenville Boulevard.
Residents of these apartments can walk to a popular burger place at the corner and find many other eateries nearby including barbeque, Chinese food, pizza, wings and Subway restaurant. There is also a Dunkin’ Donuts shop for coffee and baked goods right up the street.
If you are an outdoor person, we think you will like having access to the South Tar Greenway nearby your apartment. Get yourself a mountain bike and take regular rides along the paved trail or drive over to Green Springs Park and take your pooch for a walk. A few miles north of here is where the County Fair is held.
The main campus consumes 530 acres in a residential area within the heart of Greenville. There are other campuses to the northwest. The full-time faculty at ECU numbers nearly 1,700.
