If you take a long walk down Sugar Bush Road there is a bus stop with access to Capital Area Transit service. Motorists can drive right onto US 70 and be on I-440 in a couple of minutes.   Residents can use the on-site car wash area to keep their car clean. Garages are also available.

Shopping & Dining

In addition to all the designer features and upgrades from standard apartments, one of the things we like best about Camden Overlook is the proximity to Crabtree Valley Mall where you can get nearly all your shopping done under one roof. This place has many upscale shops and restaurants including McCormick & Schmick’s, PF Chang’s and The Cheesecake Factory. There is also a Wal-Mart and some other shops a few minutes north of this address.

Recreation

Take some time to explore Shelley Lake Park while living here to discover two miles of paved trails, basketball courts, and an arts center with workshops and activities.   Residents here can have fun bowling at the AMF Pleasant Valley Lanes. There is also a multiplex theater in nearby North Hills.
