A versatile location and a great price make the South Ridge Apartments a great option for many renters. From this spot you can zip into the downtown area in a few minutes or make it to work at the Wake Medical Center. Travel south of here and you will find outstanding shopping options and to the west, UNC is only a few miles away. There are plenty of entertainment options in the area as well.
Look for the South Ridge Apartments near the intersection of I-40 (exit 300A) and Rock Quarry Road, southwest of downtown Raleigh. This neighborhood includes a gas station, nail salon and several restaurants.
A CAT public transit bus stop can be found right outside your door at South Ridge Apartments. Residents with a car will have easy access to I-40 and a gas station at the corner.
Shopping & Dining
You will be able to walk up the sidewalk to Little Caesar’s Pizza and a Chinese food restaurant and a few other eateries. There is a pharmacy where you can fill prescriptions, a bank and dry cleaners in the neighborhood. Hop on I-40 south to exit 306 and in less than ten minutes you can be at the White Oaks shopping center complete with Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods and BJ’s Wholesale Club. There are lots of restaurants here as well including Moe’s Southwest Grill, Logan’s Roadhouse and TGI Fridays.
While renting at South Ridge, you might attend a concert of event at the Walnut Creek Amphitheatre, watch a movie at the 14-screen Regal Cinemas or zip around the track at Rush Hour Karting. If you have a mountain bike, an entrance to the Walnut Creek Trail is just north of this site.
