Transportation

The nearest bus stop is located more than one mile away. In our opinion, that is a bit too far to consider if you plan to use public transportation to get around, particularly with limited sidewalk access.   While this property is close to the interstate, you will have to use Poole Road or Rock Quarry Road to gain access.

Shopping & Dining

There are two Food Lion grocery stores within a few minutes for these apartments. For more exciting shopping, head down to the retail center along White Oak Road about ten minutes south of Walnut Ridge to find big name retailers such as BJs Wholesale Club, Target and Michel’s. While in the area, stop in for something to eat at Chili’s or Logan’s Roadhouse or perhaps pick up something at Primavera Pizza to take home.

Recreation

This community offers a fun recreation area for kids. There is also a pool and playground on site. Take a quick ride to the Worthdale Community Center and you can play tennis or basketball with your friends, or go for a mountain bike ride on the Walnut Creek Trail. There is an amphitheater on the opposite side of the highway where you might catch regular events and performances.
