This is a fantastic location if you plan to do a lot of travelling with the International Airport situated only ten minutes away. There are several schools nearby as well as a large park that families can take advantage of. Residents can drive right down College Road to UNCW in less than ten minutes – not a bad option for faculty or staff who would prefer to live off campus.
Meridian Village is situated between I-40 and North College Road just south if I-140. This neighborhood includes several schools, a park and a mix of businesses.

Olsen Park nearby has a bunch of baseball fields. There are some soccer fields north of here and a playground on-site.
The university has about 13,000 students, offers Bachelorís degrees in 52 majors and is located in the heart of Wilmington minutes from Wrightsville Beach.
