The LC Riversouth apartments are positioned smack dab in the middle of Columbus where much of the action and excitement happens. You can enjoy enchanting walks along the river, a variety of Arts venues, walk to Franklin University and the Grant Hospital or see a show at a bunch of different theaters. While living here you can even take courses at the community college.

Recreation

LC Riverhouse is the place to be for renters who like to get out and have a good time. From this location you can enjoy jogging down the Greenway along the Scioto River or walking to Columbus Gardens for a game of chess in the park. Resident can take a tour of the old State House, attend a performance a various theaters or view exhibits at the Cultural Arts Center. Cross the river and spend a day at the COSI science center.
