Kids might enjoy story time and craft events at the Olewine Nature Center. It should only take a couple of minutes to drive to Bumble Bee Hollow Golf Center for a game of mini golf or a lesson.

Shopping – For all your basic needs, take a two mile drive up to Route 39. You will be able to pick up groceries at Giant Foods, get a haircut, pick up a bottle of wine or select a deli sandwich. When you need to update your wardrobe, you will probably want to visit the Shoppes at Susquehanna which is a who’s who of clothing retailers. All of the latest gadgets and gizmos can be found 4.5 miles from High Pointe Overlook at Colonial Park Mall.

Dining – Expect a robust selection of eateries closer to the mall. Many popular chain restaurants such as Macaroni Grill, Texas Roadhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings are within a few miles. Susquehanna Harvest is a local hot spot where you can enjoy creative menu items with a full wine selection. Gabriella Italian is often packed.
