Bottom Line

Creek Village Apartments in Levittown, PA are just up the street from the Levittown Tullytown train station. There is convenient shopping nearby plus access to the D&R Canal Trail. This area is mostly residential but with a short drive you can reach the Oxford Valley Mall and the Lower Bucks Hospital. Within 15 minutes you can cross the river and be in downtown Trenton.

On the low side– you will pay a little less to live here than some of the other properties we viewed in the area.

LOCATION

Suburban getaway – as you look around the landscape you will find mostly residential homes and a few apartments. This property has a school and little league baseball park within a stone’s throw.

Residents can drive down the street to access the Bristol Pike or reach the train station.   You will have to go several miles further south to get to I-276.

There are no great sidewalks here otherwise you might be able to walk to Levittown Town Center for shopping, a haircut or a bite to eat.

CONVENIENCES

Laundry facility – this community has a laundry center where you can wash clothes but no in-home machines.

PETS

Pets welcome – both dogs and cats are allowed at Creek Village Apartments with some restrictions. There is a fee and pet rent but that may be less than other properties in this area.

When you need some supplies, there is a PetSmart store just down the street.

LEISURE          

Limited activities– there is an onsite playground but no pool or other recreation amenities.

If you take a short drive up the Levittown Parkway it will lead you to a UA movie cinema, Sesame Place amusement park, or an afternoon of mall shopping.

Those who like to ride bikes or go long distance running can trek around the corner to the D&R Canal Trail entrance.
