The Enclave at Stonebrook Apartments is adjacent to a few other residential properties and a wooded area to the rear for a peaceful setting. Quality sidewalks make it easy to reach some shops and eateries at the end of the road. An elementary school is right across the street.

While Enclave at Stonebrook is nicely insulated from the noise of major highways, it is just one mile from the Dallas Parkway. Several major employers such as JC Penney, Dr. Pepper and Frito-Lay are minutes away in nearby Plano.

Several reviews we have seen indicate that parking can be difficult at times however the community does offer garage and reserved parking spaces.

You should find the rent rates at Enclave at Stonebrook to be reasonable compared to other communities in this area and around Frisco. The neighborhood includes a few income restricted properties which may be a bit cheaper but others are far more expensive.

You won’t have to travel far to find things to do near Enclave at Stonebrook. The Frisco Athletic Center has a waterpark. A Family fun center with laser tag, bowling and arcade games can be found off of Lebanon Road. A science center and Cinemark movie theater are near the parkway.

A few small retail centers are perfectly situated at the end of the street with Kroger, Kohl’s, Aldi and several eateries for all your local shopping needs. Drive down Preston Road a couple of minutes to The Centre at Preston Ridge and the Stonebriar Centre for more extensive shopping needs.

There are lots of popular places to eat nearby too such as Fadi’s Mediterranean Grill near the mall, La Hacienda Ranch Frisco or Scotty P’s Hamburgers. Starbucks and Papa John’s are within walking distance.
