The Overlook at Stonemill is one community that will get you settled quickly and allow you to pursue your desires. Set along US Highway 501, this property is a great option if you are among the 1,400 or so residents who work in the Lynchpin Industrial Park, home to several major businesses such as Frito Lay and Harris Corporation. While not the closest option to Liberty University, you can drive there in about 14 minutes making this an interesting choice for faculty and staff who don’t want to live right on top of the campus with all the students. You won’t even have to go that far to reach a Wal-Mart Supercenter on Old Forest Road where it will be a cinch to collect the groceries needed for home cooked meals. A quick ride over to the Graves Mill Shopping Center will reveal lots of dining out options including pizza, Chinese, sandwiches and Mexican cuisine. During your stay with The Overlook at Stonemill, be sure to take a trip several miles west to visit Thomas Jefferson’s Poplar Forest.
