The Sunpointe apartments are located on West McDowell Road about midway between N 67^th Ave and N 75^th Ave in western Phoenix. From this site you can quickly get onto I-10 for a short ride downtown. There are a couple of large retail centers nearby featuring Wal-Mart Supercenter, Target and the Desert Sky Mall. A few places you might get something to eat near Sunpointe apartments include Starbucks coffee, Texas Roadhouse, and CiCi’s Pizza. Nearby Desert Park West has a community center plus lots of athletic facilities including a skate park.
