The city of Columbus Indiana is situated along I-65, 46 miles south of Indianapolis and just south of Camp Atterbury military base. The city is well known for the architecture and sculptures displayed throughout the community. This is a place you will find art, wineries, festivals and great music.

You may enjoy a quiet boat ride along the Driftwood River. The city operates a large aquatic center where you can take swim lessons or splash around in the pool. The Hamilton Ice Arena is available for ice skating and hockey. One place you may visit frequently when you want some time outside of your Columbus apartment is Mill Race Park. This recreation area contains an amphitheater which hosts regular concerts and events, a large observation tower and several miles of trails.
