Living at the Tradition apartments in Ankeny you will be able to earn a degree like you always wanted to or learn more about your personal interests by taking courses at the community college across the street. Residents of this community are afforded with lots of great shops and restaurants within minutes of home. This is also a good spot for Deere employees.

Location

Look for the Tradition apartments off of SW Oralabor Road on the south side of the college. This neighborhood features a grocery store, several restaurants, a day spa and a movie cinema.

Shopping & Dining

You will find it very convenient to get grocery shopping done at the Fareway supermarket that is situated just a minute or so east of this site. Residents will also have a choice to drive a bit further to reach the Wal-Mart Supercenter to stock up on food items and anything else needed around your apartment. Step out for some pizza or Chinese food and be home in minutes. Or, call a few friends to meet at Buffalo Wild Wings to have a meal and watch the game.  

Recreation

Renters at Tradition apartments should have no trouble keeping up with all the latest films with a multiplex cinema right down the street. This part of town also features access to the Neil Smith Trail where you can enjoy many miles of off road biking. If you don’t have a bike, there is a cycle shop nearby.
