What a spot the Westcove South apartments offer for employees of General Mills who just have to rind a minute or two down the road to reach work. This site is also more than satisfactory to staff of ADM set just one exit east off of US Highway 30. This area is walkable to shopping, has a large park nearby, and will allow you to easily get to the Hawkeye Downs race track.

There is no shortage of shops near the Westcove South apartments with one of the city’s top retail destinations located right around the corner. You might do most of your grocery shopping at the Wal-Mart Supercenter but there is also a Casey’s General store closer by that you can pick up a few items. Target and Toys R Us are in the vicinity too. Residents here are also getting a refurbished mall with dozens of stores and services in on new center. Take a short ride up the street and you can find pizza, a steakhouse, IHOP and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Recreation

On nice days you may want to get home from work early to go for a fun ride around the trails in Beverly Park on your mountain bike. If exercise is not your thing, call a friend to join you for a movie at the Carmike 12 found across from the mall.
