On the opposite side of the highway Kmart, Wal-Mart Supercenter and Lowes make their home providing lots of good options for home goods. The Kroger store at the end of the street can be convenient for quick grocery purchases. If you need a haircut, Great Clips is nearby and for the latest reading material you can go to Barnes & Noble. There are also some exciting dining choices in this area such as the popular El Tapatio whose menu includes authentic Mexican burritos and quesadillas. Panera Bread serves delicious soups and sandwiches.

Recreation

A nice feature of Towne Commons is that it has Theatre Room on site where you can watch your favorite films. For the latest movies, a large cinema is located a short distance down Woodland Drive. The Heartland Golf Course is found minutes north of here and there are some fantastic trails at nearby Freemont Lake Park.
