The Grand Summit Apartments is what country living is all about. This property is positioned alongside a beautiful golf course well south of Kansas City. With easy access to several major thoroughfares you can reach several major employers such as Sprint and Honeywell in a very reasonable commute. You won’t be right on top of a big shopping area, but everything you need will be about five minutes away.

Location

These apartments can be found off of Route 150 near the entrance to I-49. Along with the golf course, parks and other residences, there are a few retailers near the Interstate entrance.

Shopping & Dining

A Subway restaurant is conveniently located nearby so you can pick up a sandwich on your way to work or maybe get some soup for light dinner. When you want to get some shopping done you will need to travel about 4 miles south of here to E North Avenue where there is a nice selection of retailers starting with Price Choppers where you can collect all of the groceries you need. Other options for your food supplies include Hy-Vee and a Wal-Mart Supercenter. This area also has Target and Big Lot stores along with many service shops such as haircuts, mobile phones, and a tanning salon. There are lots of eateries along North Ave too – Ruby Tuesday, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Chipotle Mexican Grill are a few.

Recreation

Grand Summit Apartments is a great golf community location with a course right next door. River Oaks South Park has a playground to help active little kids burn off some steam. The Belton Cinema 8 shows current run movies.
