You should be able to walk to an RTC bus stop along S Las Vegas Blvd in about ten minutes or less. Motorists can use the West Sahara Avenue entrance to I-15 just around the corner from these apartments.

Shopping & Dining

There are few small grocery shops around but you will probably do most of your food shopping at the Smith’s supermarket on East Sahara Avenue. You can save lots of money on clothes and accessories at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets located a little north of this site. Lots of places to eat can be found nearby depending on what you are looking for. If you want to stay off the strip, Casa Don Juan is a well rated family owned Mexican restaurant serving fresh homemade salsa and authentic meals. On the other side of the interstate you can dine at Macaroni Grill, Landry’s Seafood or Starbucks.

Recreation

Check out the observation tower or one of the thrill rides at the Stratosphere. Trek a few blocks north to spend time at the Las Vegas History Museum to view exhibits covering more than 100 years of the city’s existence. You may also enjoy shows at a variety of venues such as the Onyx Theatre featuring alternative performances.
