COST
About average– you won’t pay an arm and a leg to live at Pointe Breeze Apartments but it is not the cheapest apartment community around either. This place is one of the more secluded around that may be worth a few extra bucks.
You should expect to pay a small application fee and some utilities may be included in the rent.
