Choose the Monaco Apartments in Jersey City and you can live in the heart of the financial district steps from dozens of large employers. This is one of the closer apartment communities to the Newport Centre Mall. This luxury high-rise offers fantastic views and is walkable to several train stops.

One of the highlights of this neighborhood is the huge mall which is stuffed with brand-name retailers, a few restaurants and an 11-screen AMC Cinemas. Across the street there is a huge office building occupied by several of Jersey City’s largest employers including Citigroup. The neighborhood includes several hotels, office buildings and other apartments.

One block to the south of Monaco Apartments you can reach Shop Rite and BJs for any groceries you may need. You can easily walk to both Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts for your beverage of choice. There are a few restaurants in the area including Chili’s, Fire & Oak and The Cheesecake Factory.

Both Hoboken and Paulus Hook have ferry terminals that you can also use to get to various parts of New York.
