REVIEWS
Mixed– we dissected more than 85 reviews for The Crest at Princeton Meadows apartments and have uncovered the most important fact for you right here so you won’t have to spend hours like we did. The most common theme throughout all the reviews we looked out is that renters loved the location, appreciate the landscaping and appearance. Others made note of the recent renovations as a big plus (windows, doors, kitchens and baths).
A few people mentioned that they could hear their neighbors and that apartments were not energy efficient (although it is hard to tell if this was before renovations). Some other comments included parking sometimes an issue, no itemized billing, must pay by check.
Management has changed within a few months of our investigation and some renters noted that they did not get timely call backs from the office. Several reviewers mentioned that maintenance was not completed according to a schedule and sometimes when renters not home.
