On the high side– you will pay more to live at Mariners Cove in Toms River but there are not many options where you can rent right on the bay.

LOCATION

Tranquil location – found on the northeast side of Toms River, the Mariners Cove Apartments provide unique waterfront living with fine views of Barnegat Bay. This is a great spot if you need to reach Ocean County College or the Medical Center in nearby Brick.

Beach lovers can take a short ride over to Mantoloking and plop a chair in the sand, or pay a visit to the high energy Sea Side Heights boardwalk.

The apartments are positioned about 1.5 miles from a few restaurants, Walgreens and pizza along Hooper Ave. Much more extensive shopping can be found a few minutes north or you can drive south 5 miles to the Ocean County Mall.

PETS

Pet friendly – both small and large pets are welcome but check for restrictions. There is a small pet park onsite for your dog to run around. Expect to pay a pet fee and hefty rent for your four legged friend.

LEISURE          

Some activities– the site does have fitness center that might cut it for most workouts. There is no pool or playground onsite though.

You can reach an AMC movie cinema in a few minutes off Brick Blvd. Renters can enjoy performing arts at the college theater. There is a golf driving range down the street.

In particular they love the peaceful location near the water and the new appliances.   One soar spot with some residents is that they are frustrated with the parking situation as sometimes it can be difficult to find a spot.
