Bottom Line

Estuary Apartments in Weehawken, NJ will get you within steps of a New York Waterway ferry letting you get to Midtown Manhattan in about 6 minutes. If you want to battle for a parking spot in the city, the Lincoln Tunnel entrance is just around the corner. This is a newer upscale apartment community with all the bells and whistles. You will have to hike a bit for pizza or a convenience store, but you will probably get over that.

On the high side– you should expect to pay a handful living at Estuary Apartments. Living here you get a premium location plus modern luxuries that you may not find everywhere. There are a lot of floor plans so some may be less expensive than others.  

Expect to pay a substantial application fee.

LOCATION

Commuter’s dream – most renters will find lots of reasons to love living at Estuary in Weehawken but none will top the convenience of the water taxi ride across the river into Midtown New York. Get a monthly pass and it will be cheap and quick.

Even if you are a regular on the boat there may be times when you need to drive and having an entry to the Lincoln Tunnel around the corner is a nice advantage.

This could be a perfect spot for anyone seeking an apartment near the UBS offices that are down the street. There are several other large corporate offices in the area as well.

After a stressful day, let off some steam with a run or bike ride along the gorgeous Riverwalk right outside your door.

CONVENIENCES

In-home washer/dryer – having a full-sized clothes washer and dryer you will be able to clean bed linens and large loads saving lots of time.

Business center – you never know when you may need quick access to a spare PC.

Lots activities– this is where things get really interesting because Estuary Apartments steps it up to make you feel like you are living in a resort. You might find a place that is a little cheaper but will they have a yoga room, golf simulator or virtual fitness classes?

This community has plenty to do for families. You can host a barbeque, chat with your friends about sports around the fire pit or gather a group for movie night at the onsite-theater.

Nearby you can play tennis at Weehawken Waterfront Park or enjoy a filet mignon at Ruth’s Chris Steak House.
